Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the osTicket.dev website and the purchase of plugins offered by Denovo s.r.l.

2. Service object

osTicket.dev offers software plugins for the osTicket platform. Plugins are provided under a license according to the conditions specified at the time of purchase.

3. License

The purchase of a plugin grants the user a non-exclusive and non-transferable license. The license is valid for installation on a single domain,unless otherwise specified. Redistribution,resale or modification of the source code without written authorization from the Owner is prohibited.

4. Consumer rights (EU)

Consumers residing in the European Union benefit from the legal guarantees provided by Directive 1999/44/EC. In case of a defective product,the customer is entitled to free repair or replacement,or price reduction or contract termination where applicable.

5. Right of withdrawal

Pursuant to Art. 59 of the Consumer Code,the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied on non-tangible medium where performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment of loss of the right of withdrawal.

By proceeding with the purchase and download of the plugin,the user expressly agrees that the contract execution begins immediately and acknowledges the loss of the right of withdrawal.

6. Payments

Payments are processed through secure third-party providers. All prices are expressed in Euros and include VAT where applicable. The invoice will be issued and sent to the email address provided during purchase.

7. Technical support

Plugin purchase includes email technical support for installation and configuration. Support is limited to issues directly related to plugin functionality and does not include customizations or modifications upon request.

8. Updates

Plugin updates are provided free of charge for a period of 12 months from the purchase date,unless otherwise specified. Updates include bug fixes and compatibility with new osTicket versions.

9. Limitation of liability

Plugins are provided "as is". The Owner does not guarantee that plugins will meet all specific user needs or operate without interruption. In no event shall the Owner be liable for indirect,incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of plugins.

10. Intellectual property

All plugins,source code,documentation and related materials are the exclusive property of Denovo s.r.l. and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

11. Changes to terms

The Owner reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated through publication on the website and will be effective from the date of publication.

12. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute,the Court of Terni shall have jurisdiction,except for the consumer's jurisdiction where applicable pursuant to Art. 66-bis of the Consumer Code.
