There are no products for sale, no prices and no files to download. Every job is agreed in writing beforehand, with a quote and a contract.

## Other people's trademarks and software

osTicket is an open source project developed by Enhancesoft and released under the GPL. The name and the logo belong to their respective owners. This site belongs to Denovo s.r.l., is not affiliated with the project and does not speak for it. The official project site is [osticket.com](https://osticket.com).

## Copy and design

Copy, layout and images belong to Denovo s.r.l. You may quote them with attribution.

## Limits

These pages describe work already done and services we offer. They are not a promise of results: what binds us in an engagement is written in the contract, not here.

## Applicable law

Italian law applies. For disputes with parties who are not consumers the court of Terni has jurisdiction. Consumers keep the courts of their own place of residence or domicile.
