# Privacy notice

How Denovo s.r.l. handles the data of people who write through the contact form on osticket.dev: what is collected, for how long, who else sees it and how to exercise your rights.

This covers the data of people who write through the contact form, under article 13 of regulation (EU) 2016/679. The site collects nothing else.

## Who handles the data

Denovo s.r.l., Via Federico Fratini 6, 05100 Terni (TR), Italy. VAT and tax code 01740180557. For anything about your data write to info@denovo.srl or to the certified address denovo@pec.it.

## What we collect

Only what you type into the form: type of request, email address and the text of the message.
Along with the submission the server records the source IP address and the date, in a file used to spot automated submissions.

## What we use it for

To answer your request and, if work comes out of it, to handle what follows.
The legal bases are article 6(1)(b) of the regulation (steps taken at your request before a contract) and article 6(1)(f), our interest in keeping automated submissions out.

## How long we keep it

Messages stay in the mailbox and in the server log for two years after the last contact. If the request turns into a contract, accounting documents follow the retention periods set by Italian law.

## Who else sees it

The site runs on a Servereasy server in Milan that we administer ourselves. Pages are served through the Cloudflare network, which filters traffic and in doing so sees the IP address of every visitor.
Messages arrive at info@denovo.srl and are forwarded to the personal mailboxes of whoever answers, hosted by Google. Beyond that nobody receives them: we neither sell nor pass on addresses.

## Transfers outside the European Union

Cloudflare Inc. and Google LLC are United States companies. The transfer relies on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission and on the adequacy decision for the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

## Your rights

About your data you can ask:

- what we hold and for a copy of it
- to have it corrected if it is wrong
- to have it deleted
- to restrict its use or to object to the processing
- to receive it in a format another program can read

To exercise your rights write to the addresses at the top of this page. If our answer does not satisfy you, you can turn to the Italian data protection authority, the [Garante per la protezione dei dati personali](https://www.garanteprivacy.it).

## Cookies and analytics

The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics: there is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
The anti-bot check in the form is ALTCHA. It runs on our own server and makes your browser work for a moment. It stores nothing in the browser and calls no outside service.
